My favourite summer food !!!

When it's not very hot outside and I can turn on the oven, when the vegetables at the market look fresh and full of color, I make these stuffed tomatoes and peppers with rice, ground meat and herbs. We call them "gemista" that means stuffed in Greek. Delicious with a piece of feta cheese and some yogurt salad or Greek tzatziki.

Today was a glorious day, 24°C and sunny with a light wind, so I went with my daughter to walk and enjoy the day and be tourists in our beautiful city.
